The Need for User Centered Participatory Design

There's a common saying in the service industry that the customer is always right. This portfolio seeks to demonstrate the ways in which marketers could benefit from applying a similar mindset to their users. My investigation of usability and user centered participatory design uncovers how marketers and users could mutually benefit from content producers adopting a user-centered focale in their design of content, and the ways in which user centered design fosters increased brand loyalty.
